Perform a repositoy scan without file content

Description
It should be possible to scan a repository without indexing the content of each file.
A command line operator should be added.

Here is a patch for this feature. For scanning a repository without file content simply write --withoutcontent as a optional command line parameter.
I think, that the patch file need some improvements. So Mr. Marbaise, please have a look on it.
