Description
I studied my log and found out, that following fileextensions are not supported yet:
- png, ico (at least the filename would be great)
- css
- chm (Compiled HTML Help file)
- cs (C#)
- resx (Visual Studio .NET Resourcen Datei)
- xsl (Extended Style Sheet Language file)
- exe
and many more...
2009-06-09 16:57:20,825|WARN|InstanceName1_Worker-2|supose.utility.FileExtensionProperty||There is no property entry defined for the file extension '...' (12133)
For example you could add a ScanFilename-Class, which at least indexes the filenames of all unsupported filetypes, instead of logging, that you didn't index it.
Thx a lot,

Hi Christian,
based on the exception which say simply there is no entry in the fileextension.properties file....
but on the other side i have to describe the behaviour more in detail...But for the mentioned extensions all these files should be scanned by the default document handler and the filenames should be put into the index etc.
See here
In particular for the chm files which are compressed files. So i'm not sure if this would work.
Kind regards
